My account has been locked after 5 failed login attempts. How can I retrieve my login credentials?
SOS Photos locks the account and then sends an email containing a link and useful instructions for resetting your password. You therefore need to check your messages and follow the steps shown to reset your password. Warning: For security reasons all your devices with open sessions will be disconnected.
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to Settings then “Personal Information”. In the lower left of this screen, click “Cancel my account”. You must type your password and then click “Cancel my account” to permanently cancel your SOS Photos account. Don’t forget to back up all your data beforehand, as you won’t be able to recover it once your space has been deleted.
I’ve forgotten my password – what should I do?
To receive a new password from the login screen, click “Forgotten password”. You must enter a valid email address on the page displayed. An email is sent to you containing a link to the page where you can change your password. You must define a new password.
